This attracts more Visitors, accumulates more Subscribers, converts them into Customers, and rewards your Members, through a central portal.     Visitors: When a new prospect first encounters your business, they are in the Visitor stage of their journey. Depending on your business and industry, this audience might be visiting your buisness profile on social media, through an advertisement, walking by your brick-and-mortar location, reading your blog, or hearing about you through a friend. In these circumstances, you have minimal information about your visitors, aside from what they're looking at.

    Subscribers: These prospects have visited your business in one form or another and have decided that they like what they see. A subscriber has chosen to "follow" your social media profile(s), join your newsletter, receive SMS notifications, or be notified of your future promotions. In these instances, your business has some useful information about the prospect. Perhaps their social media handle, an email address, phone number, name, or mailing address.

    Customers: Customers have completed one or more financial transactions with your business, so you have some information about their needs, interests and preferences. These details are very useful for building a mutually beneficial relationship with the customer, since you can now motivate them through tailored discounts and promotions, designed just for them.

    Members: Members are your most loyal customers, which do business with you frequently. This audience deserves your best deals and promotions, since they're often the ones praising your business and sharing your products and services with the world on your behalf.
